 Mr.
David Cry is the founder and Chief Executive Officer
of The Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) Foundation.
He first began having symptoms of Adrenomyeloneuropathy
in the fall of 1997. Since that time, David has
overcome tremendous obstacles in order to assist
with the development of novel therapies that will
combat the effects of both ALD and AMN.
David's approach
toward building coalitions with committed medical
professionals interested in finding solutions
in the ALD community, lead to the formation of
The Adrenoleukodystrophy Foundation. The aim of
The ALD Foundation is to assist families, raise
global awareness, educate physicians, and ultimately,
the eradication of ALD.
